Easy Vegan Avocado Alfredo Recipe With Banza Pasta

This tasty sauce is a lightened up version of alfredo that vegans and non-vegans will enjoy, and only has a few ingredients. I’m a big fan of Banza pasta*, which provides plenty of protein and fiber without skimping on taste.

Sauce Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

3 tbsp Kite Hill ricotta

2 tbsp avocado oil

1 tsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt

1 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed

  2. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth (add additional oil if necessary)

  3. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and enjoy!
