Easy Vegan Avocado Alfredo Recipe With Banza Pasta
This tasty sauce is a lightened up version of alfredo that vegans and non-vegans will enjoy, and only has a few ingredients. I’m a big fan of Banza pasta*, which provides plenty of protein and fiber without skimping on taste.
1 ripe avocado
3 tbsp Kite Hill ricotta
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Cook pasta as directed
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth (add additional oil if necessary)
Pour sauce over cooked pasta and enjoy!
