Boston Auto Show 2017

Earlier this week, I headed to the Boston Auto Show with SheBuysCars and Toyota to preview what's new in car trends for 2017. Going to the Philadelphia Auto Show was a tradition with my father for years throughout middle and high school, so this definitely brought back some nostalgia. I'm hoping to purchase a car for myself at some point this year, so the visit included notes for myself when it comes time to make the purchase.

The day kicked off with breakfast with Toyota, where we learned all about the 2017 Prius Prime, their new electric hybrid. After that, we took a tour with Scotty Reiss, founder of SheBuysCars to see what's new with brands such as Hyundai, Lexus and more.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Westin next door, where we were joined by Amanda, the fourth-generation owner of family-owned Grappone Toyota to hear about their partnership with charities such as the Five Rivers Conservation Trust in New Hampshire through Toyota's match program.

If you're looking to buy a car without pushy sales people or a crowded showroom and lot, the Auto Show is the way to shop. Today's the last day to visit the show, buy your tickets online or at the Boston Convention Center.
